【신 8:3】 주님께서 당신들을 낮추시고 굶기시다가, 당신들도 알지 못하고 당신들의 조상도 알지 못하는 만나를 먹이셨는데, 이것은, 사람이 먹는 것으로만 사는 것이 아니라 주님의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 산다는 것을, 당신들에게 알려 주시려는 것이었습니다.
【Deuteronomy 8:3】 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

【Jeremiah 15:16】 Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart： for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.
